Our history
Specializing in custom wrought iron work, FB FER (JC FER) has been based in Nice since 2001. The artisan company from Nice offers its services for the creation, manufacture and installation of fine metalwork throughout the Alpes-Maritimes department.
Jean-Claude and Stéphane, qualified craftsmen with over 35 years’ experience each, are here to help you realize your dreams. Jean-Claude began his career with Métalliers Champenois in Bezannes-les-Reims in 1988, working on prestigious projects. In particular, the company worked on the restoration of the flame on the Statue of Liberty. Jean-Claude then continued his apprenticeship with the Compagnons du devoir du Tour de France.
As for Stéphane, he started out at Bourget Serrurerie, specializing in fine metalwork before becoming a key member of the company.
